sometime it is easy to brag about how professional we can be. But, the result must be convincing to the co-workers and other external organization that we are working together.
It seems ‘effective’ to make your job easier by brushing away any request, for now. However, expecting every external party to keep up to your ‘complacent’ practice will not gain any ‘experience’ for your professional role... in fact, ‘redundancy’ will knock on your door soonest.
A professional to me, is to help each one to get their job done regardless of their positions. In the end is how resourceful a professional can contribute to the event, neither your education level nor position.
